My second year speaking at the University of Utah School of Medicine about #mitchellsjourneyAfterward the dean of medicine approached me and said, "I just walked in this lecture hall (she didn't see the presentation) so I'm not sure what you did, but I have never in my life seen students more moved." Natalie also spoke an I was so proud of her. In addition to compassionate female students, big, strong and burly men approached us with tears in their eyes saying how the last hour will change the way they look at life and practice medicine.
