Tonight Natalie and I were asked to share some thoughts and perspectives from #mitchellsjourneywith families on the east coast. We met a few of them at the #PPMD conference in Florida a few weeks ago and others we met for the first time. We covered issues like dealing with "what if", managing information with your child, making moments matter, capturing moments, keeping faith, the importance of self-advocating in the school system, and more. They were all so nice and we we were able to spend some time with them.
