2017 Year In Review

Dear Friends of Mitchell's Journey,

Here is a short video that summarizes some of our accomplishments in 2017. We've done so much more than what's described here, but this will give you an idea as to where we've been and where we're headed.

Thank you for being part of this journey. In the end, Mitchell's Journey is more than the story of a little boy who died; it's about 300,000 people discovering new ways to live and love more deeply. It's about acknowledging life's hardships and finding the faith and courage to take a brave step into the unknown.

Gift of Giving / Charity Drive Delivered

I wanted to thank everyone who participated in this year's Gift of Giving Charity Drive. It was a great success and many children will be blessed by your generosity.

Here is a link to some photos of today's delivery to Shriner's Hospital, an institution that played a vital role in our son's care.

Some of your gifts were sent directly to DMD families who are dealing with hardships at this time and your gifts have provided some financial relief to them. I pray that heaven will return your kindness 100-fold.

Gift of Giving (Charity Drive)

This year's #giftofgiving2015 for #mitchellsjourney is going to be awesome. The pile of blankets, books and toys is growing by the day. Thank you to everyone who is helping make this gift drive our best one yet.

If you are still interested in participating in this year's Gift of Giving, please send blankets, gifts and toys to:
5526 West 13400 South #102
Herriman, UT 84096

We are receiving gifts until December 20th. We'll be sure to post pictures and other things so you can see how your love is making a difference.

2013 Gift of Giving

Yesterday we delivered gifts and quilts to Primary Children's Hospital CICU (the same group that cared for Mitch). Nobody has cardiac failure on their schedule so you almost always end up unprepared to stay there. With that in mind we took some quilts that were donated to Mitchell's Journey Foundation and other gifts and messages of hope to some of the families that found themselves there Christmas Eve. We are going to involve more #mitchellsjourneyfollowers next year and try to bless as many lives as humanly possible.
